Our client is currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to support part of their business and as the company is going through a large scale recruitment exercise you will primarily be involved with the recruitment, retention and management of staff within the area.
You will:
Identify skill sets required by the business
Ensure that role profiles are kept up to date
Attract and recruit high calibre staff for the organisation following the recruitment process
Ensure appropriate vetting and referencing is carried out
Ensure performance management is carried out within area
Monitor and provide regular updates on sickness and absence levels, retention rates, annual leave etc
Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
What we’re looking for:
You will be CIPD qualified with a strong background in recruitment . You will be immediately available to interview and start this position
