Country Head CH/445/22

Our client is a leading Leisure Group who with expansion and reorganisation wish to appoint a Country Head to manage the U.K. operations, particularly in the provision of holiday rental properties.

The Role

 You will report to the Chief Executive, Europe and you will have full responsibility for all operations in the U.K. and Ireland.

 You will lead the growth profile by selecting new sites and become involved in third party alliances with selected business partners.

 You will have a substantial P & L responsibility and you will be expected to grow a professional team based on a multi site basis, providing superior levels of Customer Service.

The Person

 You are likely to have a background in the Hotel and Leisure sector, but above all you must have experience of multi site operations catering for the holiday rental market.

 You will have an entrepreneurial flair and you will wish to grow a very successful business, founded on high levels of success in the U.S., which have involved a substantial element of e-commerce activity.

 You must have the appetite to accept high levels of responsibility and be a true team leader who wishes to be involved in a fast paced and growing market sector. It follows that you will be degree educated.
