This interesting and challenging reward role, requires the successful individual to develop and lead the implementation of reward and benefit strategies, which covers all aspects of pay, grading, structure, bonus and benefit plans.
The successful individual should hold a proven depth of specialist reward experience, holding extensive knowledge of pay and grading systems. You will need to hold an understanding of business metric and measurements and be able to support the operation and management of the annual bonus scheme. You will also need to hold good knowledge of both insured and uninsured benefit plans.
You will need to be able to demonstrate high level of numeracy and analytical skills, holding advanced level of excel skills, with the ability to manipulate data and costing scenarios.
You should be of graduate calibre and be ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent.
