Fund Reporting Manager - Private Equity

Our clients, an international Asset and Wealth Management organisation, providing structured investment solutions within the Private Equity asset class now seek a Vice President of Financial Reporting within their Financial Reporting team due to recent re-structuring of the department. This is a newly created position to be based in Switzerland and reports into the Head of Financial Reporting. The position will support the Head of Financial Reporting and typical duties will include: Taking complete responsibility for all reporting needs, fostering regular client relations while proactively identifying and developing reporting solutions to continuously enhance quality and servicing standards, Supervising the financial reporting team members by coordinating work flows and reviewing analyst and associate work on various reporting tasks, Undertaking staff appraisals and objective settings, Liaising closely with other Portfolio Servicing teams and CD departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. To be consider for this position you will hold a CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent with experience in the Private Equity industry and with US GAAP is highly advantageous. You will have a profound knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards with a proven track record of strong leadership skills and keen to support and develop staff through periods of change. In addition to the salary on offer a strong remuneration package is also offered including share / equity options.
