General Manager, Food & Beverage

Market leading hospitality & leisure operator with international operations and award winning, multi-site Food & Beverage outlets. This £multi-million turnover branded business now requires an exceptional General Manager to oversee its logistics and operations as well as champion technical and procedural best practice.

THE POSITION

•Influence internal and external stakeholders to promote excellent back of house operations as well as a strong service ethic. Manage budgets and resources to meet financial targets;

•Work closely with Marketing teams to translate brand strategies into commercial reality across all Food & Beverage activities. Provide professional expertise on areas including design and fitting of facilities and food/menu development;

•Monitor and support Food & Beverage outlets to ensure quality, cost and operational procedures are best in class. Liaise with Purchasing to manage inventory and uniform specifications;

THE CANDIDATE

•Outstanding graduate calibre Hospitality professional with a track record of driving change and managing significant teams across multi-site Food & Beverage operations. Exposure to a broad range of culinary styles and outlets highly desirable;

•Sound operator with excellent understanding of culinary management, food service and bar service operations;

•Strategic thinker with excellent communications skills as well as a hands-on, customer-centric approach to delivery. Financially astute operator with sound organisational and project management skills;
