They are looking to appoint a Chief Technology Officer to help shape the company’s future. As the new CTO, you will be expected to take strategic technology decisions that will enable the business to grow, whilst continuing to exceed their client’s expectations. You will lead the infrastructure team from the front, taking responsibility for the hands on management of high level technical issues; as well as being responsible for a team of development staff. This is a company that exists in a fast changing environment; they react quickly to new markets and opportunities and you must be able to act quickly to enable the changes this requires.
