Customer Care Manager

About the Client: My client is an established developer producing high specification residential and mixed use developments throughout the South of England.

About the Role: A Customer Care Manager is required to work on a large mixed use development consisting of approximately 1,500 mixed use units.

What we’re looking for: Applicants will be required to have a proven track record within the Customer Care discipline with over 5 years experience. It is essential that you have experience of managing customers on a face – face basis including over the telephone. With this in mind we are looking for someone to have a keen eye for detail, possess very strong communication and organisational skills, and be a confident self started with a ‘can do’ attitude.
