HR Business Partner

The role of HR Business partner requires the successful individual to hold a full HR generalist background. Acting as a partner to the commercial client group within the business, you will be required to provide an HR service which will enable organisational development, change management, talent management, performance management, employee communications, reward and employee relations. You will also provide support on HR projects which enable the business functions through a period of significant change.

The role requires you to work with key stakeholders within the business, building effective working partnerships.

You will need to hold an excellent background of providing pragmatic HR advice and guidance. You will need to hold an excellent employment law background and hold experience of managing a number of issues within this area.

You will need to demonstrate experience of working within a customer focused/fast paced environment and be able to work towards deadlines.

You will need to be driven and ambitious, you will need to hold a passion for HR and come across in a friendly and extremely professional manner.

You will need to be of graduate calibre and be fully CIPD qualified.
