Sales and Marketing Manager

The Role:

Our client is a market leader in the healthcare arena.

An excellent opportunity has arisen due to expansion to join a top performing team as a Sales & Marketing Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who wishes to embark on a fresh challenge and gain exceptional experience working within a top performing Sales Team.

You will be responsible for managing the team of Territory Managers who will be selling a comprehensive range of surgical and orthopaedic products used in surgical procedures.

This position will be targeted with team revenue, recruitment, objective setting and coaching.

There is a strong marketing element to this position so you’d be working closely with the MD and management team to identify new areas in which to develop new and innovative marketing strategies.

The Person:

Previous selling experience within the Medical Devices arena would be essential and a proven track record in management and people development would be highly desirable. However, my client will also be interested in applicants from a solid medical sales background and a real passion for moving into a managerial role.

You will have a strong ability to work closely with others in a team, be self-driven, energetic, highly competitive yet extremely customer centric, previous sales success should also be clearly evident.

In addition you will show entrepreneurial behavior and have first class interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build strategic partnerships with key customers and new business and command respect from a team.
