My client are a well known services provider and have had a number of high profile new contract wins over the recent months. As the result of this, they are seeking an experienced FM to manage a number of buildings on one site for a key client.

The main day to day duties will incorporate;

Overseeing all aspects of hard and soft FM including m&e, cleaning, mail and portering, mailroom, reception and landscapingEmanage all PPM and reactive buildings operationsPerformance manage all specialist contractors including tendering and setting SLA’sOverseeing all aspects of budgetary managementEnsuring all HSE regulation adhered to and carrying our relevant training and risk management assessmentsProduce regular reports for client and senior managementTeam management including performance management and succession planning

You will ideally have a building services or engineering background and hold relevant qualifications. A number of years of contract management experience is essential for this role, as is previous budget management experience and good HSE knowledge with IOSH/NEBOSH certification.
