Commercial Manager - Libya / Syria / Dubai

- A QS / commercial manager to work on a 1m sq ft shopping centre in Syria and Libya

- Our client is a prominent property company working across North Africa and the UAE

- 6-12 Months initially based in Dubai to work on design, procurement and pre-contract stages

- All aspects of commercial management of the project which goes live in late 2010 / early 2011

- Reporting to the project director

- Arabic language skills preferred but not essential

- UK qualifications with knowledge of the region would be ideal
