A niche, rapidly growing provider of portable traffic solutions working with a range of leading contractors into the highway and infrastructure market. The company operates within a growth industry and forecasts that turnover will double in the next three years.

In order to facilitate and drive forward this ambitious expansion plan, the business seeks to appoint a first class, proactive Operations Manager to drive profit growth through operational excellence.

The Role

• The Operations Manager will ensure the smooth running of the operations in all areas from supply chain and health & safety through to customer service delivery.

• Drive and maximise the business performance of the company’s rental fleet, and working closely with the sales team to forecast demand.

• Bring structure and effective processes to the operational functions and engender a culture of communication and continuous improvement.

The Candidate

• Demonstrable track record of effective operational management, ideally with a background in the infrastructure or rental B2B market.

• Trained and experienced in the application of continuous improvement techniques, the Operations Manager will also have experience of supply chain management.

• Results driven, effective communicator, with a hands on management style.
