About the Client

Our client is a fast growing innovation consultancy based in north London. They work with the board level sponsors within the FTSE100 businesses, identifying business growth opportunities and the development of new propositions and marketing strategies and lead the client through the project into execution.

About the Role

Opportunities exist for 2 individuals at present to lead project teams and manage stakeholder engagement. At present the business works in a collaborative way to develop and identify innovative business opportunities for their clients which will open new revenue streams and markets.

This is an opportunity about challenge and stretch propositions into spaces that may not be obvious to most people and engaging and infecting people in a positive way in multiple departments in a client’s business.

What We’re Looking For

The opportunity would require an individual who has:

Developed new products and services in traditional markets

Took an existing business into new and adjacent areas / sectors

Delivered revenues through doing things differently

Successfully re-launched or redeveloped existing products – but only if this demonstrated meaningful change or differentiation – and where this is reflected in significant growth

Emphasized and focused on proposition led growth

Built innovative propositions bottom-up, based on compelling consumer/customer insights

Evidence of some big innovation and growth themes – not a bit of this and a bit of that
