Our client plays a major role in ensuring the most up to date training and personal development programmes are made available to people working specifically within the Energy and Utility sectors. In order to further improve their offering they now wish to appoint a high calibre individual who shares their level of passion and enthusiasm in seeing people maximise their potential.

The Role

Reporting to and working with the Head of Renewables you will determine strategy in response to employer demand and Government policy. One of the major areas you will work on is the development of an engagement strategy for employers, stakeholders and other parties to support the delivery of a renewable energy skills strategy.

The Person

Ideally degree educated, you should be creative with outstanding project management and report writing skills and be able to interact at all levels both internally and externally. With a strong interest or understanding of renewable energy, you will possess the commercial sense to recognise what can be achieved within a complex project-driven environment. You will need to be ‘hands on’ and capable of working independently, taking responsibility and having authority for your own initiative and decision making.
