Higher Executive Officers, Jobcentre Plus (ref: IRC63756) Salary £28,250 - £33,530 (full time)

We are looking to recruit people with experience of leading customer service teams to help us strengthen performance and manage change in a challenging environment. This role will challenge your leadership and performance management skills, however; in return, we offer an excellent benefits package which includes 22 days holiday, rising to 25 after one year, plus 10.5 public and privilege holiday.

Please note that the business operating hours are 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday. Successful applicants will be required to complete the contractual hours of 41 hours (including a paid lunch hour) over 5 days during the above business operating hours.
