Following their recent success in winning major new warehousing and logistics contracts, they are looking to appoint a high calibre Learning and Development professional to provide their employees with the tools and techniques to help guide the business through this period of tremendous growth.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Director, your key task will be the design and implementation of innovative development practices and programmes that capitalise upon the organisation’s existing strengths and encourages a culture of learning, continuous improvement and a desire for success and excellence. You will be the catalyst for identifying high performers at all levels and for developing bespoke programmes and career paths that attract and retain a broad range of highly sought after resources from multi-skilled operatives and graduates through to “world class” business leaders.

As a professionally qualified, hands-on crusader for change, you will possess passion, excellent influencing and communications skills and an ability to make a significant contribution towards the commercial success of this leading edge provider of warehousing and logistics services.
