The Person

It is likely that the successful candidate will be an experienced team leader or manager, who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in leading and managing performance within a recruitment service environment, but looking for an opportunity to progress to the ‘next level’ in a role where achievement is recognised and results are rewarded. Experience of operating within the social care sector would be a distinct advantage.
