With significant investment in infrastructure, equipment and people, they are looking to appoint a high-calibre operations professional to continue to drive the business forward follwoign an internal promotion.

THE ROLE

Managing a significant budget and motivating a new team, you will be responsible for leading the repair and refurbishment activity for a global telecommunications customer. You will ensure all customer SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved and exceeded and manage a continuous improvement programme to ensure strict accreditation and technical standards are adhered to. Critically you will establish excellent working relationships and partnerships, both internally and externally.

THE PERSON

This is a new, high-profile role calling for a customer-focused General Manager with previous experience in a similar role within a fast-moving, volume-driven business. You must be used to leading large teams and have the ability to operate effectively in a challenging and constantly changing environment. First-class communication and interpersonal skills are essential, but above all you must possess the drive, enthusiasm and passion that delivers results.
