THE COMPANY

As part of a £ billion international group our client is a leading provider of fully integrated Business and Logistics solutions to a prestigious portfolio of blue chip customers across Telecom, IT, Automotive Aerospace, Leisure and FMCG sectors.

THE ROLE

Following their recent success in winning major new contracts, they are now keen to appoint an enlightened “hands on” Regional HR Manager to help guide them through a period of organisational cultural change and opportunity. Covering 4 sites across the Midlands and North, and providing comprehensive HR support to c. 600 employees, key tasks will be the development and implementation of HR strategy, policy and procedure that meets the changing needs of this forward thinking, multi-site business.

THE PERSON

• Professionally Qualified (CIPD accredited)

• Committed crusader for change

• Possess a proven track record in Employee Relations Management

• Organisational Development knowledge and delivery

• Absence Management experience

• Appraisal design and delivery

• Disciplinary & Grievance conduct and resolution

• Extensive experience of conducting TUPE transfers

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to deliver ‘on time’ in a dynamic customer focused environment
