The Company

Our client is a £350 million multi-sited market leader in the sales, marketing and distribution of a range of high quality B2B products and services to the Commercial, Industrial and Corporate sectors in the UK. Backed by the resources of a multi £bn international group, they are now looking to appoint an experienced and high calibre Contact Centre professional to lead and drive their outbound sales activity.

The Role

In this newly created role, you will report to a Regional Managing Director and be directly responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of a dedicated team Telephone Sales Advisors.

 To recruit, motivate and develop the team through regular coaching and personal development, including regular and timely feedback on their individual and collective performance

 To lead and inspire the team to achieve demanding sales and margin targets, as well as delivering exceptional levels of customer service

 Through the team to initiate contact with a portfolio of both existing and new customers, to further develop their profitability and to explore the opportunity to introduce new and additional products

 To provide the Regional Managing Director with weekly/monthly reports on the teams performance against the agreed KPI’s

The Person

With a wealth of experience in outbound contact centre management together with an outstanding track record of managing business delivery and results. You will be an ambitious and highly self motivated individual with the passion, intellect and gravitas to drive change and innovation to ensure that the business processes and structure support and promote a culture where customer service and results are paramount.
