Group Commercial Director GCD/811/04

Our client is a leading provider of Business to Business Services across a diverse range of sectors. Activities include Manufacturing, Logistics and Support Service outsourcing. Due to further expansion they now seek to appoint an energetic Group Commercial Director.

The Role

 Reporting directly to the Group MD you will have full autonomy for delivery of Group targets, working closely with the Divisional Sales Directors, to both the client and the supplier base.

 You will identify and develop future growth markets within the U.K. and ultimately the wider European sectors

 As a key member of the Board the successful candidate will be appointed to the mergers and acquisitions panel, with the objective of complementing planned organic growth.

The Person

 With a significant track record of delivery in a B2B, Manufacturing, Logistics or outsourcing environment, you will possess the appropriate communication skills to negotiate effectively at all levels.

 Commercially astute you will be able to demonstrate from either a Sales or Operations background a history of delivering profitable turnover, from a blue chip client base

 You will possess the necessary leadership qualities to operate across the Group. You will ideally have had exposure to mergers and acquisitions.
