Our client is a leading food processing business with a blue chip client base across the multiple grocery retail/convenience and food service sectors.

The Role

 Reporting directly to the Chief Executive you will have full P&L responsibility with a “hands on” approach to the business.

 You will make a significant contribution, delivering Group business objectives throughout the company, achieving demonstrable profitability business growth whilst maintaining client satisfaction.

The Requirement

 Ideally of graduate calibre with a strong commercial and manufacturing experience within the food sector, you will be an effective communicator at all levels.

 A progressive leader who can engage and motivate a large workforce. You will have extensive manufacturing experience within a food manufacturing environment.
